How can I earn and claim the $750 rebate?

Review the full eligibility for the rebate:

Purchase and install a Tesla Powerwall from your local Solahart Dealer - a certified Tesla Installer between August 11 2023, and December 31 2023.
Connect your Powerwall to the Internet and register your purchase in the Tesla app.
Submit your rebate request in the Tesla app.

Once your Powerwall is registered with Tesla and connected to the Internet, starting in November, claim the rebate in the Tesla app:

Select "Support' > "Powerwall Rebate" from the Energy system screen.
Provide and confirm details related to the order and installation in order for Tesla to process the transfer.

When can I submit my request for the rebate? How long do I have to claim the rebate?

Starting in November 2023, qualifying customers can submit the request or the rebate in the Tesla app. Requests for rebates must be completed by 31 January 2024.

Who needs to provide the information in the Tesla app for the rebate?

Customers eligible for the rebate will need to provide and confirm specific details related to the order and installation, such as the installation address.

How long after submitting the request in the Tesla app will I receive the rebate?

The rebate is handled by Tesla. They've stated that once you submit your request in the Tesla app, the rebate will be processed and sent within 60 days.

I recently had my Powerwall installed. Can I qualify for the rebate?

The rebate is only available for customers who installed and registered Poweral between August 11 2023, and December 31 2023.

What happens if my installation is delayed and scheduled for installation after 31 December 2023? What happens if installation is complete by 31 December 2023, but my Powerwall is not registered and connected to the Internet by then?

Changes to your installation date will impact your eligibility for the rebate.
Installations that occur after 31 December 2023 will not qualify for the rebate.
Your Powerwall will need to be registered and connected to the Internet by 31 December 2023 to qualify for the rebate.
