Bridgewater River Terraces

Bridgewater River Terraces Body Corp wanted to remove their daytime base-load consumption from the community power bill. Existing measures, such as switching over to LED lighting, have been taken to reduce consumption. The remaining daytime load was to be offset by solar power.

Solahart recognised the importance of understanding the customer’s base load consumption. As a result, an energy meter was installed to record 24-hour interval consumption data for an entire week. Through investigation
of the recorded data, Solahart designed a personalised 13.26kW solar solution comprising of 52 premium panels and a 10kW inverter. This was presented to the Body Corporate.

The Solahart solution was chosen as a result of their professionalism and their customer-focused design. As well as the high-quality components, the trusted Solahart’s warranties provided security on investment. In addition, a 20.30kW system is planned for future installation.

The System was designed to offset energy consumption from 7am to 5pm, seven days a
week. The equivalent savings is $1000 per month with an estimated payback period of 2 years.
